Soft Sell Is Best

The soft sell will get you a lot more conversions than hard selling pressure tactics. In most situations, the online equivalent of a friendly smile will go a long way. You want your sales copy to come across friendly and personable.

The idea is to approach your customer like you would talk to a friend about something that you honestly believe would do them good.

At all costs, avoid the corporate image. Consumers are seldom drawn to that kind of self-important image. Which really makes you wonder why some business try to cultivate that kind of image. Fortunately, you don’t have to figure out the answer to that, all you need to do is do your best to take advantage of their mistake.
