Multiply Effort With Affiliates

Affiliate programs are great. For the affiliate it gives them a ready-made product, usually with some stock promotional materials, that they can begin promoting and earning commissions with very little start up cost and almost no risk.

From the point of view of the person that developed the product, having a group of Affiliates is like having a group of highly motivated employees that you only pay on a commission basis. There’s none of the usual costs, paperwork and hassles that are typically associated with interviewing, hiring and training employees like you would have to in a brick and mortar business.

Just a few *good*, *dedicated* affiliates who mean business can drive an impressive amount of qualified, targeted traffic to your site that will translate into considerably more sales than if you only ran an advertising campaign yourself. It doesn’t matter what you’re selling either. There are potential affiliates in every market from the best weight loss pills to internet marketing instruction videos.

Setting up an affiliate program is will worth taking the time to learn how to do it right and every affiliate generated sale is well worth a 25% to 50% (or even higher) commission paid to the affiliate.

Just think, if you can do well with just a few good affiliates, how good will you do if you build your affiliate program into the thousands of members?
