As I wrote previously, Fat Joe has embarked on a campaign to lose weight. At first he was convinced that his original plan was a great way to lose weight fast, it’s turned out that maybe it’s not the super duper cure all that he thought it was.
True, he lost something close to thirty pounds in the first week but it’s also very likely that a large part of that was water weight. Then there’s the distinct possibility of the body adjusting to lower calorie input than it’s used to by going into “starvation mode”, a situation where it tries to store as much as possible instead of burning it off.
Bottom line, he’s going to have to both adjust his eating plan and add in some form of exercise.
