Now that I’ve lost a good 32 pounds from October 4th to the first of January I am totally pumped up about losing weight. More than ever I am convinced that by the end of 2011 I can have my weight down from it’s current 308 (as of my last weigh in) down to 250 or less!
I have to admit though that I am also looking into the possibility of getting a bit of help from dietary supplements and such. So now I’m spending a bunch of time searching out reviews, ideally written by people that have used the products in question and don’t stand to gain from those reviews, to answer questions like does apidexin work, is this product safe for diabetics to use? What, if any, side effects are there? What is the best price I can find for them? and so on.
I haven’t actually decided to use something like that yet but at this point I want to keep my options open. I know that merely cutting my portions and increasing my activity is only going to account for just so much before I start to hit the dreaded plateau again. I’m thinking that something like this can help me past that hump and keep the loss going at the pace I’m hoping for.
